Our attentive and caring team will make sure anything you’ve forgotten is safely taken care of. We’ll store it securely until you’re reunited.

We’re happy to help you locate lost items, but please note that we cannot take responsibility for belongings left behind in rooms or common areas. Once we’ve found your item, we’ll contact you with options for picking it up or having it sent to you. Found items are held securely at Hjortviken for up to 30 days from the date of discovery.
