Club Room is Hjortviken’s Nordic restaurant, honouring the legacy of Tore Wretman – the Swedish culinary legend who defined the country’s gastronomic identity from 1937. The menu follows the seasons: foraged ingredients, open-fire cooking, and classic Swedish technique given a confident modern edge. Bay Bay – A sip of Spanish charm
