Our chefs only work with daily fresh produce which is why we do not have a set menu – there is a new one every week. Not only does this please our returning guests, it also keeps the kitchen staff alert and full of inspiration. We enjoy this exciting way of working and the result is full of surprises and always of highest quality.

DINING ROOM In our restaurant, which seats 140 guests, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and an exciting dinner arrangement. The spectacular view over the lake is served at all times!

The season’s fresh produce is the source of inpiration to our chefs. The result is a menu which ranges from traditional Swedish home-cooking to more exotic dishes.
