Nothing pleases us more than the wonderful reviews of the kitchen at Hjortviken from our guests! You will always find a well composed menu ranging from traditional Swedish food to exotic dishes.

Our chefs only work with daily fresh produce which is why we do not have a set menu - there is a new one every week. Not only does this please our returning guests, it also keeps the kitchen staff alert and full of inspiration. We enjoy this exciting way of working and the result is full of surprises and always of highest quality.

Hjortviken has its own wine cellar carefully maintained by our sommeliers; yes, we have two!

Here you will find a collection of exciting newcomers as well as the well known classics. If you look carefully you may even find a hidden treasure!


Dining room

In our restaurant, which seats 150 guests, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and an exciting dinner arrangement. The spectacular view over the lake is served at all time!
